What the client needed
The client is a small marketing company that sells outreach and lead-generation work to local and small businesses, the sellers a contact database can't reach. A salon owner is not in a B2B contact graph; she is on the website's about page, in the Yelp listing, in the review text. The client's pitch to a prospect was that its research actually works on businesses like that one. Proving it on a slide deck is weak. Proving it live, on a business the prospect names, is not.
What we built and delivered
The lead-enrichment engine that runs in public at kineticml.com. A visitor names any real business and watches the pipeline do its job on screen: scan the website, pull the reviews, find the socials, identify the decision maker, discover the email, and write the outreach. It replaces the claim "our AI can research and write outreach" with a live demonstration on a business the prospect picked. The demo is the pitch.
Why it works this way
Most enrichment tools sell a database and ask the buyer to trust it. This one runs the research in front of the prospect and shows its misses along with its hits: "checked, not found" for socials, "not identified" with sources listed for decision makers, confidence percentages on every email. A demo that never misses reads as staged; one that shows its work earns trust. That honesty was a deliberate build choice, not a limitation.
What it produced
Every visitor who completes a run and passes the capture gate lands in the client's CRM as a captured lead, with the business they researched attached as context. The funnel is the tool: the demo is also the client's own lead-generation engine, running since 2025 and matured to backend v3.1.0 in early 2026.
